Josh Kwasnicka, PA-C CSCS

Physician Assistant

Men’s Health and Performance

Josh’s passion for human performance began early. In high school, he found his stride by balancing the endurance demands of soccer with competitive powerlifting. This dual-focus followed him to the University of Mount Union, where he played collegiate soccer while continuing to compete on the powerlifting platform, a pursuit he maintained well into his early professional years as a Physician Assistant.

Today, Josh’s training revolves around hypertrophy, local mountain bike racing, and HYROX competitions. This diverse athletic background, coupled with his unique perspective as both a healthcare professional and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, allows him to bridge the gap between clinical health and high-level performance.

Josh is dedicated to working with men who are ready to take their health and fitness seriously. Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced athlete looking to unlock that next level, Josh provides the evidence-based strategy and professional oversight needed to help you reach your peak.
